Step away from the watering can and your plant won't be hurt!
Seriously, over watering is the number one cause of houseplant problems. Don't let the plant sit in water. Water from the bottom. Water when the soil feels dry to the touch 1/2" below the surface.
Short Flowering Period Room Too Hot
Air Too Dry
Grow in cooler location.
Place plant on pebble tray.
Twisted Stunted Leaves Cyclamen Mite The mites are smaller than the head of a pin and will live on the undersides of leaves. Wash the plant carefully with tepid water. Spray with Safer's Insecticidal Soap every 5 days for a total of 3 spray treatments. Safer's Soap is formulated to be effective against bugs, but gentle on plants and people.
