Traditional: The finest grade of aged balsamic from Modena, Italy, produced in the traditional style. It is aged using the Solera system for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry, and ash barrels. Pairs well with: Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, Garlic Olive Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil, and Persian Lime Olive Oil.
Espresso: Amazingly complex with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. Makes a fantastic glaze or barbecue base for pork, beef, or chicken. Add an ounce to an 'affogatto float' which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee. Pairs well with: Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and Blood Orange Olive Oil.
Raspberry: Juicy, tart raspberry and luscious white balsamic come together in this bright, versatile infused balsamic. Use in mixed cocktails, as a glaze or marinade for poultry, a wilted spinach salad, over fresh cut fruit, to glaze salmon, and much more! Pairs well with: Eureka Lemon Olive Oil, Persian Lime Olive Oil, and Garlic Olive Oil.
Wild Blueberry: Just as amazing over garden salad as it is over fruit salad. When paired with delicate extra virgin olive oils the intense blueberry flavor will shine. Wonderful when paired with blue or feta cheese. Pairs well with: Garlic Olive Oil, and Blood Orange Olive Oil.
