A pH of 5.5 to 6.5 is recommended for most plants.
Directions: We recommend testing your nutrient solution with a pH test kit before adding pH Down. If your nutrient solution has a pH higher than 6.5, add pH Down in small increments until the desired pH is reached. Check the pH often while adjusting.
Note: The amount of pH adjuster needed will vary depending on the volume of the nutrient solution, its strength, and the purity of the water you are using.
