Dip Recipe Box Hot Parmesan And Artichoke
Ingredients: Onion, garlic, leek, chives, parsley, sea salt, black pepper, mustard, lemon juice powder (corn syrup solids, lemon juice solids, lemon oil), parmesan cheese [(milk, salt, bacterial culture, enzymes), whey, disodium phosphate, lactic acid], corn starch, red bell pepper, herbs and spices, hydrolyzed corn protein, silicon dioxide.
Makes 2.5 cups.

What you Need:
- 1 pouch Parmesan & Artichoke dip mix
- 125 g (1/2 cup/4 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 125 ml (1/2 cup/4 oz) real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 can 390 g (13.75 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a bowl, combine dip mix, cream cheese, mayonnaise and grated parmesan (except for 30 ml/2 tbsp of parmesan).
Stir in artichoke hearts.
Transfer to a Gourmet du Village dip baker or oven proof dish and bake (without lid) until hot (approx. 20 min).
Remove and sprinkle with the 30ml (2 tbsp) parmesan.
Place under broiler for about 1 minute until top becomes golden.
Makes 500ml (2.5 cups)
