Bright, indirect light

• Helps maintain the variegation by allowing for enough sun exposure, without scorching the leaves in full sun.

WATER

Medium water needs

• Allow much of the soil beneath the surface to dry between waterings (around 1" to half the soil's depth).
• Ensure the plant is not sitting in water! It is much easier to overwater than underwater.

CLIMATE

Humid & warm

• Maintain consistent room temperature, between 18 and 26 °C.
• Avoid drafts, vents, or heat sources.

SOIL

Well-draining soil

• As for all plants in the Araceae family, often called aroids, a rich tropical potting mix is ideal, containing substrates like sand, bark and perlite.

FERTILIZER

During the growing season

• Use a balanced tropical fertilizer in liquid or water-soluble form once or twice monthly when watering during the growing season.
