Light: Too much direct light will cause Umbrella Plants leaves to burn. Bright, indirect light is best.
Water: Umbrella plants grow best in moist soil so you will need to water often. Wait until the top of the soil is dry before watering again.
Soil: Well drained soil is best for a Umbrella Plant.
