Shipping & Returns


In-Store Pickup

During the online checkout process you will have the opportunity to select in-store pickup to have your item reserved at our retail location at 1818 Central Avenue. Choose in-store pickup if you would like to pickup in Saskatoon only.

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be fulfilled; you will receive an email confirmation once your order is packed and ready for you to pickup. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or company observed (stat) holidays will not be processed until the following business day.

We suggest picking up your order within 30 days of purchasing. Plant material will need to be picked up within 7 days of receiving a notification email unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping

Orders placed in Canada are shipped within 48 hours of processing via Canada Post at a flat shipping rate of $14.99. We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your order. You will be able to track your package once it is scanned in by the postal service.

Any order placed after 3p.m. CST Monday to Friday will be processed the following business day regardless of the shipping method.

Dutch Growers does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or company observed holidays.

International Shipping

At this time Dutch Growers does not ship outside of Canada.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to return it for a full refund. Any items returned between 16-30 days after receiving will be issued in-store credit or exchange for the purchase price. Please note that earrings, bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates are a final sale. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Items must have the original tags attached and be unworn, unused, and unaltered. Discounts of 25% and over, as well as Dash Sales, are deemed final sale.

Please bring with you a copy of your order confirmation or receipt and a piece of ID.

At this time returns are only accepted in store. If you are unable to return your product in store please contact [email protected] to make other arrangements.

For online orders that are picked up in store the return policy is initiated based on the day the order was placed.

Gift Returns

Gift returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or gift receipt within 30 days from date of purchase. In-store credit will be given for purchase price.

Christmas Return Policy

Effective November 1st, 2019, exchange or store credit will be available on returns with an original or gift receipt until January 5th, 2020. Items returned within 15 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt will be eligible for a full refund back to the original method of payment/card. 

Christmas product returns will not be accepted after December 8th, 2019 and any Christmas products purchased after this date will be deemed final sale. 

Warranty Information for Live Plants

All trees, shrubs, and evergreens are covered by Dutch Growers One Year Guarantee from the date of purchase for the purchase price. All warranty returns must be accompanied by the dead plant and receipt. All trees, shrubs, and evergreens are only replaced once. Exchanges for trees, shrubs, and evergreens can only be returned if in the same condition as they were sold, for in-store credit and within 15 days of purchase. No warranty on houseplants, annuals, perennials, sod, or wholesale accounts.
