Recommended Dose and Use
Adults: 1 - 12 Drop(s); 1 - 3 time(s) per day. 
Do not use with other products containing camphor, menthol, eucalyptol and/or eucalyptus essential oil. 

Direct Inhalation – Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally. Use up to 3 times per day. 

Steam Inhalation – Add 3-12 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of steaming water. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5 to 10 minutes. Up to 3 times per day. 

Diffuser - Add 6-8 drops in a burner or diffuser full of hot water.

For use beyond 7 days, consult a health care practitioner. If you have epilepsy, asthma, persisten or chronic cough, or other chronic lung conditions, do not use this product. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.

Ingredients: Eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, eucalyptus radiata leaf oil, mentha piperita leaf oil, ravintsara camphora leaf oil, melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, rosmarinus officinalis leaf oil.
