Recommended Dose and Use
Adults: 1 - 8 Drop(s); 1 - 3 time(s) per day. 

Direct Inhalation – Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally. Use up to 3 times per day. 

Bath – Add 2-8 drops of undiluted essential oil with the same amount of liquid soap before adding it to the bath. Mix the water gently. For maximum benefit, remain in the bath for 10 minutes. Use 2 drops of undiluted essential oil the first time and increase by 1 drop per bath up to a maximum of 8 drops. Use once daily. 

Diffuser - Add 6-8 drops in a burner or diffuser full of hot water. 

Do not expose the applied area to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application. If you have broken, irritated or sensitive skin, do not use this product topically.

Ingredients: Lavandula officinalis flower oil, citrus bergamia peel oil, cananga odorata flower oil, pelargonium roseum flower/leaf oil, matricaria recutita flower oil.

Caution: Do not take internally. Avoid use if pregnant. Keep out of eyes and away from children.
