Recommended Dose and Use
Adults: 1-6 spray(s), 1-6 time(s) per day. 
Mist directly on the skin. Massage into skin until solution vanishes. 

Do not expose the applied area to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application. If you have broken, irritated or sensitive skin, do not use this product.
