Ingredients:
Certified Organic Essential Oils of Bergamot, Chamomile, Geranium, Lavender, Ylang Ylang

Recommended Dose and Use:
Adults: 1 – 8 Drop(s); 1 – 3 time(s) per day.

Direct Inhalation:
Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally. Use up to 3 times per day.

Bath:
Add 2-8 drops of undiluted essential oil with the same amount of liquid soap before adding it to the bath. Mix the water gently. For maximum benefit, remain in the bath for 10 minutes. Use 2 drops of undiluted essential oil the first time and increase by 1 drop per bath up to a maximum of 8 drops. Use once daily.

Diffuser:
Add 6-8 drops of Calm Essential Oil Blend in a burner or diffuser full of water (if using a diffuser that needs a heat source, such as a candle, make sure to use hot water so the candle doesn’t have to work so hard to heat the water).
