How to use our Magnesium Spray with MSM:

• You may need to unlock the spray mechanism. Look for a rectangular button on the neck of the spray lid, just above the part that screws onto the bottle. When you press the button, it will pop out on the other side. One way locks the bottle, the other way unlocks it.
• Use 3-5 spritzes on the body, once a day. Rub into skin.
• Stinging may occur at first. If stinging persists, dilute up to a 1:1 ratio with water. You may wish to save some at full strength to use once your skin becomes accustomed.
• Once dry, you may wish to wipe off any residue with a damp cloth.
• Be patient! Magnesium deficiency did not happen overnight. It can more than 2 months for levels to return to normal.
