Shipping & Returns
During the online checkout process, you will have the choice to select curbside pickup to have your item reserved at our retail location at 1818 Central Avenue. Choose curbside pickup if you would like to pickup in Saskatoon only.
Please allow 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled; you will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pick up. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or company observed (stat) holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
Please pick up your order within 7 days of receiving the emailing stating that your order is ready for pick up.

At this time Dutch Growers will only deliver within Saskatoon. You will receive an email once your order is out for delivery. Delivery time is 48 hours after receiving your order. You will be called once the delivery person has arrived.
Orders placed within Canada are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order via Canada Post, at a flat shipping rate of $14.99. We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your order. You will be able to track your package once it is scanned in by the postal service.
Any order placed after 3 p.m. CST Monday to Friday will be processed the following business day.
Dutch Growers does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays.
Please note, the return label fee is $7.99 and will be deducted from your credit and/or store credit.

Christmas Return Policy
- All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
- The product must be in sellable condition in original packaging with original tags attached.
- Items returned within 14 days of purchase will be issued a full refund for the purchase price in the same method of payment as the original purchase.
- Items returned between 14 - 30 days after the date of purchase will be issued in-store credit or exchange for the purchase price.
- Effective November 2nd, 2020 store credit or exchange will be available until January 9th, 2021 on returns with a receipt, or gift receipt.
- Returns on shipped orders will cost $7.99 and we will forward you a shipping label. Contact [email protected] for more information.
- Final sale on earrings, socks, undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, cosmetics, hats, toques, hair accessories, houseplants, tropicals, custom arrangements, annuals, perennials, sod, bulbs, seeds, and wholesale accounts.
- Anything with a discount of 25% or more is deemed a FINAL SALE.
Giftcards are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.
Warranty Information for Live Plants
No warranty on houseplants, tropicals, custom arrangements, annuals, perennials, sod, or wholesale accounts. All trees, shrubs, and evergreens are covered by Dutch Growers' One Year Guarantee from the date of purchase for the purchase price. All warranty returns must be accompanied by the dead plant and receipt. All trees, shrubs, and evergreens are only replaced once. Exchanges for trees, shrubs, and evergreens can only be returned if in the same condition as they were sold, for in-store credit and within 5 days of purchase
