LIGHT

Bright, indirect light

• Cannot withstand full sun as it will scorch the leaves.
• Will not thrive in low light. 
• Place in bright, indirect light. 

WATER

High water needs

• Allow much of the soil beneath the surface to dry between waterings (around half the soil's depth).
• Ensure the plant is not sitting in water! It is much easier to overwater than underwater.

CLIMATE

Humid & warm

• Maintain consistent room temperature, between 18 and 26 °C
• Avoid drafts, vents, or heat sources.
• They do not require a terrarium to grow, although they can appreciate the higher humidity of the enclosed environment.

SOIL

Well-draining soil

• An alternative peat-free growing media is pure long fibre sphagnum moss.

FERTILIZER

During the growing season

• Use a balanced tropical fertilizer in liquid or water-soluble form once monthly when watering during the growing season.
