Provides soothing vapours that help to temporarily relieve mild nasal congestion and cough associated with the common cold. Used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and cough.

Ingredients:
Certified Organic and Wild Harvested Essential Oils of Eucalyptus globulus, Eucalyptus radiata, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Ravintsara, Rosemary

Recommended Dose and Use:
Adults: 1 – 12 Drop(s); 1 – 3 time(s) per day.

Direct Inhalation:
Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil blend to a tissue and inhale occasionally. Use up to 3 times per day.

Steam Inhalation:
Add 3-12 drops of undiluted essential oil blend to a bowl of steaming water. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5 to 10 minutes. Up to 3 times per day.

Diffuser:
Add 6-8 drops of Breathe Easy Essential Oil Blend in burner or diffuser full of water (if using a diffuser that needs a heat source, such as a candle, make sure to use hot water so the candle doesn’t have to work so hard to heat the water).

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on the face or ear the nose or mouth., Avoid exposure of applied area(s) to the sun., Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or prior to use if you have epilepsy or asthma., Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding., Do not use this product if you have persistent or chronic cough or other chronic lung conditions., Do not use this product on broken, irritated, or sensitive skin., For children aged 2 to 12 years, the product should be applied by adults only., For occasional use only. Keep out of reach of children. Seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Centre if accidental ingestion occurs., Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms are accompanied by a fever, rash, persistent headache or chronic lung condition., Stop use if you experience nausea, dizziness, headache, an allergic reaction or skin irritation.
