Fertilizing Houseplants

Houseplant fertilizing should begin in March and end in November.
Making sure your plants get the proper fertilizer is essential for proper growth and happy, thriving plant babies! You wouldn't adopt a new pet and not buy pet food, right!? We crave food, and so do our plants!
Cacti & Succulents:
• Cactus fertilizer (2-7-7) once a month to keep their roots strong and the entire plant happy.
African Violets:
• Require specific micronutrients.
• Make sure to give them an African Violet Fertilizer (8-14-9) to boost those blooms every two weeks.
Houseplants
(ALL other houseplants like snake plants, chinese evergreens, palms etc):
• Need Schultz Liquid Plant Food (10-15-10) every two weeks to increase growth and help them flourish!
Other Great Food Options:
• Alfalfa Pellets can be used as a slow release.
• Rage Plus is an organic fertilizer that provides plants with an extreme boost. If plants are sick, provide them with Rage Plus to boost them quickly so insects, fungals, and other stressors don't kill the plant.
